πŸ“ˆ 1.2M+ LinkedIn impressions πŸ”₯ 33-day X streak, live 🎟 Free cohort Β· 10 seats

You don't need an agency.
You need a system.

This is the exact playbook I used to cross a million impressions on LinkedIn and stay consistent on X, Instagram and YouTube. While running a startup full time. Six steps, AI does the heavy lifting, and I'll walk the first 10 people through it myself.

Free. 10 seats. I personally onboard every one.

Numbers, not vibes.

1.2M+impressions on LinkedIn
196Kimpressions, three posts
169posts in the last 30 days
33day streak on X, unbroken
Three LinkedIn posts with 79,466, 68,835 and 48,672 impressions
Three posts about the everyday work of building a startup.
Cumulative LinkedIn impressions climbing past 1.2 million
The compounding curve. It never came from going viral. It came from never stopping.
The part agencies won't tell you

The content is already in you.

If you run a startup, every bug, customer call and launch is a post. If you're learning something, every lesson is a post. You were never short on content. You were short on two things: knowing the format, and a system that makes you ship it. That's the whole playbook. Here it is.

The GROW playbook

Six steps. Every one runs inside Market or Die.

01
The Interviewer

Talk for 10 minutes. Post all week.

Imagine someone sits you down once a week, asks you sharp questions about what you did, and writes your posts from your answers. That's the interview agent. You talk, it writes a week of posts in your voice, with hooks that earn the click.

This is the highest-effort-to-output trade in the playbook: 10 spoken minutes become 5 to 7 finished posts.

Write it yourself, with rules

AI writes it. Nobody can tell.

Prefer writing your own? Brainstorm with Claude or ChatGPT, connected straight to your posting queue through our MCP. But AI without rules writes AI slop. Below are the exact rules I give it. Copy them into any chat, or skip the babysitting: every Market or Die agent ships with a sharper version built in.

My golden rules Β· paste into Claude or ChatGPT
You write social posts for me. Follow these rules on every draft, no exceptions:

- Never use em dashes.
- Never use AI words: chaos, streamline, seamless, game-changer, leverage, unlock, elevate, delve.
- Write in single lines. Two lines max. Never a paragraph.
- Format for the platform: blank line between thoughts on LinkedIn, tight and punchy on X.
- Use -> for list points.
- Line one is the hook. It must stop the scroll with a hard metric or a real emotion.
- Every post needs an angle: a story I lived or a lesson the reader keeps.
- Say it plain. If a claim has a number, use the number.
03
Source Watcher Β· skip if you don't have a product

Ship a feature. The post writes itself.

Point the watcher agent at your changelog, blog or any page. The moment something changes, it drafts the announcement for every channel and waits for your yes. Your product updates stop dying in "I'll post about it later".

04
Reel Maker Β· UGC Creator Β· Ad Maker

Video without a video team.

Instagram, YouTube and TikTok reward video, and video is where consistency goes to die. So agents make it: the Reel Maker cuts reels, the UGC Creator delivers UGC-style videos with an AI presenter, and the Ad Maker writes and renders full commercials.

05
The extension

Steal like a marketer.

See a post or reel that would work for your audience? Save it with one click from your feed. The extension files it as inspiration, then remixes it in your voice or turns it into a video. Your scroll time finally pays rent.

The streak & the wall

Don't break the chain.

I failed on X four separate times. Started, posted for a week, vanished. This streak is the first time I've held a full month, and the only difference is the system: every post is counted, the heatmap goes gold, and missing a week puts your name on a wall your whole team can see. Motivation runs out. Consequences don't.

The GROW cohort

10 people. 3+ channels. Free.

I'm taking 10 people through this playbook personally. Not a course, not a webinar. We set up your system together and you start posting the same week.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is the cohort really free?

Yes. Ten seats, no charge, and I help you personally. The product has its own 15-day free trial, so the whole thing costs you nothing to start. I'm doing this because people who grow with the system become the best customers and the best proof.

I don't run a startup. Is this for me?

Yes. If you're learning something, building something, or good at something, you already have the raw material. The playbook turns what you're already doing into posts. Only step 3 (product updates on autopilot) assumes a product, and you can skip it.

How much time does this take every week?

About 30 minutes. Ten minutes of talking to the interview agent, the rest is reading drafts and pressing approve. The system does the writing, the formatting, and the scheduling.

What happens after I enter my email?

You get one email from me with your first step: create your free account and connect one channel. Reply to it and tell me what you're building or learning. I read every reply and set up your system with you.

You said you'd post more.
