Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Market or Die (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Market or Die is a marketing-accountability tool that lets teams plan, write, schedule, and publish social media content, optionally with AI writing assistance, and track their posting consistency.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or Meta), you authorize Market or Die to publish content and read basic data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of each platform through the Service remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for complying with them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or spam.
• Violate the rules or rate limits of any connected platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to operate the Service and publish to the platforms you choose. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

AI features

The AI writing features rewrite or develop drafts you provide. AI output may contain errors and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. "Style-inspired" voices are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or impersonations of any real person.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that posts will be delivered, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market or Die and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
